CommScope Wi-Fi extenders increase the range and coverage of high-performance Wi-Fi in the home.
Wi-Fi Extenders are elements of a HomeAssure® Managed Wi-Fi solution. They work together as part of a Wi-Fi network to deliver optimized, high-performance Wi-Fi to every corner of the home, while offering ease of use for the consumer and reduced OpEx costs for the service provider. The extenders are configured and controlled from a HomeAssure-enabled home gateway. For gateways without HomeAssure capabilities (for example, legacy gateways or gateways not provided by the service provider), an extender may be the controller in the home Wi-Fi network.
The Wi-Fi extenders connect back to the home gateway over Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
